Tarlton is a general contracting and construction management firm in business since 1946. A WBENC-certified Women’s Business Enterprise, Tarlton provides extensive services in construction and preconstruction, building for clients in diverse sectors that include the government, institutional, industrial, power and energy, life science, telecommunications, commercial and concrete markets. Tarlton self-performs approximately 40 percent of our work annually.

We are experts in concrete repair and restoration, new construction, complex renovations and sustainable construction, including LEED certification. We work under all contract types, including design-build.

Tarlton employees hold numerous certifications. We employ registered Professional Engineers, estimators, construction management and safety professionals. We employ more than 20 LEED Accredited Professionals, as well as individuals who hold American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) and Building Information Modeling (CM-BIM) certifications.

Tarlton is the recipient of numerous safety awards. Training is ongoing, both general and job-specific. All project team members are OSHA 30 hour trained.

Tarlton’s wide-ranging experience includes projects from $10,000 to more than $100 million.
